The private limited company Daan’s Investment B.V. exercises the greatest possible care regarding the safety and reliability of its products. However, a production error can never be fully excluded.

Daan’s Investment B.V., its employees, representatives, licensees, business partners and the author of this disclaimer cannot be held liable for any damage that is or threatens to be caused as a result of production error(s) or by the use of the Mr. E-ZY contrary to the usage instructions below.

Daan’s Investment B.V. is likewise not liable for any indirect damages suffered by the user of the Mr. E-ZY or by third parties, including but not limited to consequential damage, lost revenue or profits, or immaterial damage.

Daan’s Investment B.V. is not liable for any damage arising from the use of information, advice or ideas provided by or on behalf of Daan’s Investment B.V. in brochures, promotional materials, on its websites, or on the websites of representatives, licensees or business partners.

Improper use of the Mr. E-ZY may cause (injury) damage to others and may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights, privacy regulations, publication or communication laws in the broadest sense. You are solely responsible for your use of the Mr. E-ZY.

For safe and long-term use of the Mr. E-ZY, you are advised to:

• Not jump or drop onto the Mr. E-ZY.
• Not expose the Mr. E-ZY to or place it near heat sources such as heaters or (open) flames.
• Be cautious with sharp objects, sharp clothing, etc.
• Allow children aged 6 and above to use the Mr. E-ZY.
• Never jump off or into objects using the Mr. E-ZY, such as slides or swimming pools.
• Not load the Mr. E-ZY with more than 160 kilograms.
• Use the Mr. E-ZY as furniture and not as a toy. It is designed for sitting or lying only.
• Never place the Mr. E-ZY in or under water.
• Place the Mr. E-ZY on a flat surface.
• Never place the Mr. E-ZY in a washing machine.
• Never insert anything into the Mr. E-ZY or into the powerbank.
• After use, deflate the Mr. E-ZY by opening the main button on the powerbank and gently pressing the bag to allow the air to escape, then immediately place it back in the supplied carry bag.
• Place a towel on the Mr. E-ZY when sitting or lying on it. Sunscreen, body oils and even makeup may cause stains.
• Be careful with food and beverages, as spills may cause stains.
• Clean stains with a lightly dampened cloth.
• When used on the beach, ensure no sand or objects enter the powerbank.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Daan’s Investment B.V., its employees, representatives, licensees, business partners and the author of this disclaimer from any legal or extrajudicial actions, judgments, including costs for legal assistance or accountants, arising from or related to your use of the Mr. E-ZY, your violation of any legal regulation, or infringement of third-party (intellectual property) rights.

Daan’s Investment B.V. reserves the right at all times to:

• Make product changes at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including changes in functionality or design;
• Amend this disclaimer at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

This Disclaimer is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes—unless mandatory national or international law dictates otherwise—shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
