We understand you might be wondering why we charge delivery costs, especially since more and more webshops advertise ‘free shipping’. At Mr. E-ZY, we consciously choose transparency.

Shipping a package is never actually free. For every order, we pay costs for processing, packaging, and transport. The contribution we ask from our customers for delivery is not even half of the actual costs we pay ourselves. So, we cover the vast majority of the delivery costs ourselves.

So why don’t we just say ‘free shipping’?
Because shipping simply isn’t free. If we were to offer ‘free shipping’, we would eventually have to include these costs in the retail price of our products. We consciously choose not to do that. We think it’s fairer to show clearly: this is the price of your Mr. E-ZY and this is your contribution to the delivery.

We prefer an honest and transparent pricing policy and cover the largest part of the actual delivery costs ourselves.

Yes. And we are incredibly proud of that.

Mr. E-ZY is a member of Trusted Shops, an independent review platform where customers can share their experiences with us and our products. We cannot determine which rating a customer gives and cannot simply remove a less favorable review just because we don’t like it. The only way we can truly influence our reviews is actually very simple:

by delivering a good product and giving our customers the service that we would want to receive ourselves.

Your Mr. E-ZY is very easy to use. However, we recommend carefully following the steps below during the first use.

1. Fully charge the power bank before first use
Remove your Mr. E-ZY from the box and remove the white protection ring around the power bank. You will then see the orange power button. Take the included USB-C cable from the bag and connect it to a suitable USB adapter. Carefully slide the small round protective cap of the USB-C port aside and connect the cable to the power bank.

While charging, the indicator light will be red. Once the power bank is fully charged, the light will turn green.

Important for a new Mr. E-ZY
We recommend always fully charging the power bank before first use, even if it seems to have enough charge upon receipt. A power bank achieves its best performance when it is properly charged. Therefore, it is wise to start with a fully charged power bank. You do not need to use the power bank until it is completely empty before recharging it. You can simply recharge it after use.

Our advice is therefore very simple: Used it? Feel free to fully recharge it afterwards. This way, you know your power bank will be properly charged and ready the next time you want to use your Mr. E-ZY.

2. Unrolling your Mr. E-ZY
Remove the Mr. E-ZY from the carrying bag and unroll it completely. Then, completely unscrew the large twist knob on the power bank. Ensure the opening remains clear so that air can flow in easily.
3. Automatic filling
Press the orange button on the built-in power bank once. Now you don’t really have to do anything else. Your Mr. E-ZY fills itself completely automatically in about 70 seconds. When the Mr. E-ZY reaches full pressure, you will notice the power bank sounds slightly different. This is normal.

3. Seal first, then turn off the power bank
This is important: First, tighten the large twist knob completely. Afterwards, press the orange button to turn off the power bank.

So always in this order:

1. Close twist knob
2. 2. Power bank off

This prevents unnecessary air from escaping your Mr. E-ZY while turning it off.

No. You do not need an external pump or a power outlet for a Mr. E-ZY.

Every Mr. E-ZY is equipped with our self-developed integrated power bank technology. With just one push of the orange button, your Mr. E-ZY inflates itself automatically in approximately 70 seconds.

The power bank is specially tailored to the product and is fully integrated into the Mr. E-ZY. So you don’t have to bring a separate pump or blow air into the product yourself.

That is exactly what Mr. E-ZY was developed for: taking comfort with you without unnecessary weight, volume, or hassle.

Just make sure the power bank is well charged before you head out.

Mr. E-ZY Makes life easy!

Absolutely. Age itself is no barrier at all to enjoying a Mr. E-ZY. In fact, a large portion of our customers choose Mr. E-ZY specifically because they no longer want to lug around heavy or bulky chairs and sunbeds.

A Mr. E-ZY is light, compact to carry, and inflates itself automatically at the touch of a button in about 70 seconds. So you don’t have to deal with a separate pump.

However, it is important to choose the right model.

For example, do you have a bit more difficulty sitting low or getting back up? Then we usually recommend the Premium Lounger. This has a higher sitting and lying position of approximately 40 cm and a comfortable raised backrest.

The Sunbed sits lower to the ground at about 25–30 cm, and our Matras is the lowest model at about 18 cm. These models may therefore be less practical if getting up from a low position is more difficult for you.

Our Chair is very light and compact, but due to its dimensions, we recommend it for a body height from approximately 170 cm.

Mr. E-ZY makes life easy!

The seat or lying height varies per model. Which model suits you best depends not only on how you want to sit or lie down, but also on how easily you can get up from a lower position.

Premium Lounger
The Premium Lounger has a seat and lying height of approximately 35–40 cm and a backrest approximately 75 cm high. Due to this higher position and the comfortable raised backrest, this is our most versatile choice. We also usually recommend the Premium Lounger if you have a bit more difficulty sitting low and getting up.

Sunbed
The Sunbed has a lying height of approximately 25–30 cm. This model is deliberately pre-shaped for extra lying comfort and is ideal when you want to relax wonderfully stretched out.

Mattress
The Mattress is approximately 18 cm high and is therefore our lowest model. It has a virtually flat lying area with a slight elevation at the head. This allows you to lie comfortably on your back, side, and stomach, and makes the Mattress also suitable for sleeping on at night.

Do you have difficulty getting up from a low position? Then we recommend the Premium Lounger rather than the Mattress.

Chair
The Chair is our lightest and most compact seating model and also has a backrest approximately 75 cm high.

Due to its dimensions, we recommend the Chair for a body height from approximately 170 cm, so that you can sit comfortably and your feet can easily reach the ground.

Every Mr. E-ZY is made from carefully chosen materials, including high-quality nylon with a TPU coating, and is extensively checked and tested during production.

Nevertheless, a Mr. E-ZY remains a product that is used intensively outdoors. So, something can always happen. Not every damage or problem is automatically covered by the warranty. Consider, for example, damage caused by a sharp object, misuse, or normal signs of wear and tear.

We may ask you to send a few photos or a short video. This usually allows us to quickly assess what is going on and look for a suitable solution together with you.

If it turns out there is indeed a defect covered by the warranty, we will of course provide a suitable solution.

Where is the sealing ring located?

Under the large dial near the power bank is a small sealing ring. This ring is an important part of your Mr.E-ZY’s sealing system.

That is why extra sealing rings are included with your Mr. E-ZY. Always keep these safe, so you have them on hand if you ever need one.

Your Mr. E-ZY is delivered in sturdy, high-quality packaging.

The spacious carrying bag makes it easy to store your Mr. E-ZY compactly after use and carry it over your shoulder.

These covers can be pulled over the Mr. E-ZY quickly and easily, making a towel unnecessary. In addition, your Mr. E-ZY is much better protected against stains and wear.

Furthermore, the cover has a handy side pocket where you can place your phone, magazine, or newspaper. The cover also has no fewer than four attachment points, which not only secure the cover firmly but also give your Mr. E-ZY extra stability. This keeps it in place better in heavier gusts of wind.

The covers are washable and can even be put in the dryer — ideal for daily and long-term use.

Mr. E-ZY makes life easy!

All Mr. E-ZY models have a maximum load capacity of 150 kg.

Despite their very low weight of just 1.1 to 1.4 kg, the Mr. E-ZY models are exceptionally strong. This is partly due to the deliberate choice of high-quality nylon with a strong and flexible TPU coating.

For optimal weight distribution, we recommend sitting down gently on the Mr. E-ZY and avoiding jumping or dropping onto it with force.

Please also keep in mind that a Mr. E-ZY is filled with air. A higher body weight creates more pressure within the product. As a result, you may find it necessary to top up a small amount of air slightly more often throughout the day. With the built-in power bank, you can do this easily at the touch of a button.

The maximum load capacity for all models is 150 kg.

No. Mr. E-ZY does not work with discount codes or temporary discount promotions.

This is a conscious choice.

We want every customer to be able to trust that they are paying a fair and consistent price with us. We do not like it when someone buys a Mr. E-ZY today and sees the same product suddenly offered with a large discount a week later.

That is why we do not participate in temporary discount promotions such as Black Friday, seasonal sales, or discount codes via external websites.

We have consciously chosen to sell our products ourselves directly and not through retailers or resellers.

Yes. Even if you are 2 meters or taller, you can comfortably use a Mr. E-ZY. However, the way you sit or lie down varies depending on the model.

Premium Lounger

The Premium Lounger is 190 cm long and 85 cm wide and has a raised backrest of approximately 75 cm.

Although the total length is 190 cm, this does not mean that someone who is 2 meters tall cannot lie on it comfortably. Because your upper body rests against the raised backrest, you have plenty of room to fully stretch your legs.

It is precisely this combination of a long reclining area and a raised backrest that makes the Premium Lounger very suitable for taller people as well.

Sunbed

The Sunbed is 200 cm long and deliberately contoured for extra comfort while lying down.

If you are taller than 2 meters, your feet may extend slightly past the end depending on your height. This shouldn’t be a problem for relaxing during the day.

Chair

The Chair is also very suitable for taller people. The Chair has a backrest approximately 75 cm high and therefore offers a lot of support to the upper body.

We actually recommend this model for those with a height of approximately 170 cm and up.

Mattress

The Mattress is 200 cm long and 70 cm wide and has a virtually flat reclining area with a slight elevation at the head.

If you are taller than 2 meters, your feet may extend slightly past the Mattress. If you primarily want to lounge comfortably with fully stretched legs, we recommend the Premium Lounger for taller individuals.

A Mr. E-ZY is not a disposable product. During our years of development, we specifically looked for materials that can withstand being used, filled, emptied, rolled up, and taken along time and time again.

For us, sustainability is therefore not just about what a product is made of, but especially how long you can enjoy using it. In addition, a Mr. E-ZY is very compact and weighs, depending on the model, only 1.1 to 1.4 kg. As a result, relatively little material is needed, and the product takes up minimal weight and volume during storage and transport.

We will never claim that producing plastic products has no impact on the environment. That wouldn’t be honest. What we can do, however, is consciously choose high-quality materials, a long lifespan, and a product that is not designed to be replaced after just one or two seasons.

Your Mr.E-ZY has been developed not only to fill itself automatically in approximately 70 seconds, but also to be easily and compactly carried with you again after use.

Deflating and rolling up
Open the large dial near the power bank so that the air can escape from the Mr.E-ZY. Then start at the other end of the Mr.E-ZY and roll the product up quietly and evenly towards the power bank. This way, you naturally push the air towards the large opening while rolling. Within approximately 90 seconds, you will have your Mr.E-ZY compactly rolled up again.

Handy tip for the carrying bag
Is your Mr.E-ZY completely rolled up? Then fold the rolled-up Mr.E-ZY into thirds. This creates a compact package that fits easily into the included carrying bag.

So, it’s very simple:
1. Open the large dial
2. Roll up from the other end towards the power bank
3. Fold the entire roll into thirds
4. Place in the carrying bag
You don’t need to use any force. Rolling up quietly and evenly works best.

Make sure your Mr.E-ZY is dry
Has your Mr.E-ZY become damp or wet? Then preferably let it dry thoroughly before storing it rolled up in the carrying bag for a long period. It is also best to remove sand and other dirt first. This keeps the material and the carrying bag neat for as long as possible.

Not using it for a long time?
If you are not using your Mr.E-ZY for a long period, for example during the winter, store it clean and dry in a dry place. Don’t forget the built-in power bank either. During a long storage period, fully charge it occasionally to keep the power bank in good condition.

Actually, the answer begins with the comparison itself: as far as we’re concerned, a Mr. E-ZY cannot be compared to a traditional inflatable product. Mr. E-ZY was developed from a completely different idea.

We conceived and developed the integrated powerbank technology ourselves, which allows a complete lounger, chair, sunbed, or mattress to be automatically filled in about 70 seconds at the touch of a button. No separate pump, no power outlet, and no hassle.

During years of development and testing, we combined our own powerbank technology with high-quality nylon and a costly TPU coating. Additionally, our products comply with applicable European safety requirements. We make no concessions there either.

That’s why we don’t see Mr. E-ZY as just any inflatable product. It is a comfortable, mobile piece of seating and lounging furniture with integrated technology, developed for people who want comfort without having to lug around large and heavy items. Of course, we could have chosen cheaper materials, technology, and solutions. But then we would have just made a different product— and not a Mr. E-ZY .

Mr. E-ZY is not an existing solution that we tried to make cheaper. It is a solution we conceived ourselves to make life easier.

And from day one, the following has applied: We don’t choose the cheapest solution. We choose the right solution.

A Mr. E-ZY is intentionally designed to be light and compact. This is wonderful when you need to take it with you, but it also means you need to pay attention during strong winds when you aren’t sitting or lying on it. That is why the Mr. E-ZY is equipped with an attachment option, so you can secure it to the ground if desired.

Always use a string or elastic cord
Do you want to secure your Mr. E-ZY to the ground with a tent peg? Then attach the peg never directly to or through the attachment loop/ring of the Mr. E-ZY . Always use a string or, even better, a piece of elastic between the Mr. E-ZY and the tent peg . The elastic can partially absorb a sudden tug from a gust of wind, resulting in less direct pulling force on the Mr. E-ZY’s attachment point.

Do you have a Mr. E-ZY Cover?
Our Covers have four of their own attachment points with which you can secure the Cover to the ground. This was designed intentionally. As a result, the pulling force from the wind is guided through the Cover towards the ground and does not have to end up directly on the Mr. E-ZY. The same applies here: never place a tent peg directly through or on the attachment point. Always use a string or elastic in between.

A Mr. E-ZY is made from high-quality nylon with a flexible TPU coating. We didn’t choose that combination by accident.

During development, we spent years testing various materials and designs. For us, the material had to meet a challenging combination of requirements: strong and comfortable, yet at the same time as light, flexible, and compact as possible.

Why nylon with TPU?
The nylon provides a strong yet lightweight base. The TPU coating ensures the material is airtight, flexible, and perfectly suited for the use for which we developed the Mr. E-ZY. As a result, our Mr. E-ZY models weigh only 1.1 to 1.4 kg, depending on the model, while the recommended maximum user weight is 150 kg. This choice of material is also important in warm weather. Even when it is 40°C or hotter outside, the material remains pleasant to sit or lie on and does not become uncomfortably hot as some other materials can feel in the sun.

And after use? You’ll notice the difference there, too
Precisely because the material is light, supple, and flexible, storing it after use is a breeze. You open the large dial, gently roll the Mr. E-ZY towards the power bank, and within approximately 90 seconds, it is small again. Then you fold the rolled-up Mr. E-ZY in three, and it easily fits back into the carrying bag.

We consider that just as important as the automatic inflation. A product can be incredibly comfortable, but if you then have to struggle to get it back into the bag after a wonderful day, it’s not really E-ZY in our opinion. Mr. E-ZY .

Lightweight does mean: use wisely
We consciously sought the right balance between strength, comfort, weight, and packed size. A Mr. E-ZY is strong, but it is not an indestructible product. A sharp stone, piece of glass, thorn, or other sharp object can damage any lightweight material. Therefore, always check the surface before laying down your Mr. E-ZY. If you want an extra layer of protection between the ground and your Mr. E-ZY, you can use our Mr. E-ZY Protective Mat .

After years of development and testing, we kept coming back to the same conclusion: for what we want to achieve with Mr. E-ZY, this combination of nylon and TPU is the right solution.

Because as we say at Mr. E-ZY:
We don’t choose the cheapest solution. We choose the right solution.

That is exactly one of the great advantages of Mr. E-ZY: plenty of comfort when in use, surprisingly little volume when you take it with you. A rolled-up Mr. E-ZY has a main size of only about 30–35 cm by approximately 20 cm. Depending on the model, it also weighs only 1.1 to 1.4 kg.

That is exceptionally compact when you consider that you are carrying, for example, a Premium Lounger on which you can relax with your legs stretched out, or a Sunbed or Mattress that is no less than 200 cm long.

It is precisely the combination of the lightweight nylon and the flexible TPU coating that allows the Mr. E-ZY to be stored so compactly. This makes it ideal when space and weight are important: in the camper or caravan, in the back of the car, on the boat, on the bike or e-bike, or simply for a day at the beach. You no longer have to choose between comfort or traveling light.

From great comfort to a package with a main size of only about 30–35 cm. That is Mr. E-ZY.

Yes, thanks to its light weight and compact size, a Mr. E-ZY is actually very easy to take with you on a trip.

The Mr. E-ZY has a built-in 2600 mAh power bank. Because airlines have safety regulations for lithium batteries and power banks, we recommend taking your Mr. E-ZY in your carry-on luggage and not in checked baggage.

The Mr. E-ZY comes with a compact carrying bag, making it easy to take with you.

Please keep in mind that airlines may have their own rules regarding carry-on luggage, dimensions, weight, and lithium batteries. Therefore, always check the current terms and conditions of the airline you are flying with before departure.

This way, you avoid surprises at the airport and can fully enjoy your Mr. E-ZY again at your destination.

TPU stands for Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It is a high-quality, durable, and relatively expensive coating widely used in quality products where strength, flexibility, wear resistance, and a long lifespan are important. During the development of Mr. E-ZY, we consciously chose a combination of high-quality nylon and TPU. Not because it is the cheapest solution – on the contrary – but because this combination has exactly the properties we believe are necessary for a Mr. E-ZY.

Why is TPU so important for a Mr. E-ZY?
Together with the nylon, the TPU coating provides a number of important properties:

Strong and exceptionally lightweight
Thanks to this material combination, our models weigh only 1.1 to 1.4 kg, while the recommended maximum user weight is 150 kg.

Supple and comfortable, even at high temperatures
Even when it is 40°C or hotter outside, the material remains pleasant and flexible and does not become uncomfortably hot to sit or lie on. For a product that is used a lot on the beach, at the campsite, and in the sun, this is of course incredibly important.

Very easy to store away again
The flexibility of TPU is also one of the reasons why a Mr. E-ZY can be rolled up so easily after use. You don’t have to struggle with a thick and stiff material. Within approximately 90 seconds, you have it stored away small and compact again.

Excellent for retaining air for long periods
For an inflatable product, the quality and flexibility of the airtight layer are extremely important. TPU remains flexible and is therefore very suitable for products that are repeatedly filled, deflated, rolled up, and used again. Cheaper material solutions, such as certain PVC coatings, can lose their original flexibility sooner due to aging and temperature fluctuations. That is precisely why we chose TPU for Mr. E-ZY.

Wear-resistant and resistant to intensive use
TPU is known for its excellent wear resistance, elasticity, and tear strength. These are exactly the properties that are important for a product that must last for years and is repeatedly taken along, unrolled, and stored away.

And what about the environment?
TPU also has advantages there compared to traditional PVC solutions. TPU is a thermoplastic material, which means it can, in principle, be reprocessed and recycled. Additionally, TPU does not contain chlorine like PVC. We are not saying that plastic has no impact on the environment. For us, sustainability lies primarily in creating a quality product intended to be used for years, instead of a cheap product that needs to be replaced quickly.

Why don’t we choose a cheaper coating then?
Because during our years of development, we tested various materials and ultimately concluded that TPU in combination with high-quality nylon best fits what a Mr. E-ZY should be : lightweight to take with you, strong during use, comfortable in warm weather, airtight, flexible to roll up, and developed to be enjoyed for years. TPU is more expensive. But for us, that is no reason to choose a cheaper material.

Yes. A Mr. E-ZY is made of high-quality nylon with a strong and flexible TPU coating, but like any lightweight outdoor product, it can be damaged by sharp objects. Think of sharp stones, glass, thorns, or protruding twigs, for example. Therefore, please check the surface before placing your Mr. E-ZY down.

Would you like extra protection? Then use our Mr. E-ZY Protection Mat . This provides an extra layer between the ground and your Mr. E-ZY, but of course, it can never completely rule out damage from sharp objects.

Good explanation prevents a lot of damage
We find it important to clearly explain to our customers beforehand how they can best handle their Mr. E-ZY. And in practice, we see that this works. The number of complaints about holes and tears is very small for us. We notice that our customers handle their Mr. E-ZY with care and, for example, take a quick look at the surface before laying it down.

That is actually exactly how we like to see it: a Mr. E-ZY certainly doesn’t need to be handled with kid gloves – it is made to be used – but a little bit of attention naturally helps to enjoy it for years. Should a small hole occur, we include two repair stickers as standard. With these, you can easily repair minor damage yourself in many cases.

Good material, clear explanation, and a bit of common sense. That’s really all a Mr. E-ZY needs.

That is a very deliberate choice. Mr. E-ZY is sold directly by us and is therefore not available through stores, large retail chains, or other resellers. By keeping sales entirely in our own hands, we also maintain control over our product, our prices, the information customers receive, and especially our service.

Mr. E-ZY is a Dutch family business. We developed the product ourselves and therefore know it inside and out. Do you have a question before your purchase about which model suits you best? Do you want to know how something works after receiving it? Or do you need help with something after a longer period of time? It seems almost contradictory: depending on the model, a Mr. E-ZY weighs only 1.1 to 1.4 kg, while the recommended maximum user weight is 150 kg.

That is the result of years of development, testing, and continuous improvement.

From the very beginning, we didn’t just want to create a product that was comfortable. It also had to be truly easy to take with you. After all, what use is a wonderfully comfortable lounger or daybed if you then have to lug around a heavy and awkward package?

That is why we use high-quality nylon combined with a flexible TPU coating. These materials give us exactly the properties we are looking for: strong, flexible, light, and very compact to store. The construction and shape of each model have also been developed to distribute the user’s weight evenly across the product.

Also comfortable at high temperatures

Even when it is 40°C or warmer outside, the material remains pleasant to sit or lie on and does not become uncomfortably hot like some other materials can feel in the sun. This is one of the reasons why, after years of development and testing, we deliberately chose the combination of nylon and TPU. After all, you should be able to continue enjoying your Mr. E-ZY comfortably on a beautiful, warm summer day.

What happens to the air with temperature differences?

Just like any product filled with air, the air inside a Mr. E-ZY reacts to temperature.

When it gets warmer, the air expands and the pressure in the product increases. When it cools down later, the air shrinks again. As a result, your Mr. E-ZY may feel slightly softer at the end of the day than earlier in the day, for example. This is a normal physical phenomenon and says nothing about the quality of the product.

With one press of the built-in power bank, you can bring the Mr. E-ZY back to your desired firmness within seconds.

That is why the Mr. E-ZY has a safety system

The sealing ring is located under the large rotary knob near the power bank. This small ring is an important part of the Mr. E-ZY’s sealing and safety system. In heat, the pressure in an air-filled product can increase. The system is therefore designed to take these pressure differences into account.

So you can simply use your Mr. E-ZY for what it was intended for: wonderfully enjoying beautiful and warm days outdoors.

Yes. A small amount of air loss during the day is normal for a Mr. E-ZY.

The Mr. E-ZY is an air-filled product. As soon as you sit or lie down on it, pressure is placed on the air inside. Additionally, air reacts to temperature: it expands in the heat and contracts when it cools down later. This can cause your Mr. E-ZY to feel a bit softer during the day. Body weight also plays a role. The higher the load, the more pressure is placed on the air inside the Mr. E-ZY.

Therefore, you may find that you want to briefly top it up a few times during a long day of use. This doesn’t mean you have to fully refill it. With just one press of the built-in power bank, you can bring it back to your desired firmness within seconds.

The sealing ring under the large dial

Under the large dial near the power bank, there is a small sealing ring. This ring is an important part of your Mr. E-ZY’s sealing and safety system. In the heat, the pressure in an air-filled product can increase. The system is therefore designed so that excessive pressure is not held indefinitely within the product.

That’s why you receive extra sealing rings with every Mr. E-ZY. As we also mention with the included parts: always keep these safe.

Do you notice that your Mr. E-ZY is losing air significantly faster than usual? First, check the sealing ring under the large dial. Replacing it is easy and only takes a few seconds.

When is air loss normal?

If you briefly top up the air a few times during a long day, that can happen with normal use. However, if you have to significantly refill your Mr. E-ZY every hour, for example, it’s wise to check or replace the sealing ring.

Fortunately, thanks to the integrated power bank, topping up a small amount of air is very easy: one press of the button and within seconds, your Mr. E-ZY is back to your preferred sitting or lying position.

Fully charging the integrated 2600 mAh power bank takes about 3 hours. You can easily charge it via USB-C, just like you would charge your phone battery.

We recommend charging the power bank regularly and not waiting until it is completely empty. If you aren’t using your Mr. E-ZY for a longer period, such as during the winter, please charge the power bank fully every now and then. This keeps the power bank in good condition and ensures your Mr. E-ZY is ready for use whenever you need it.

When you first unbox your Mr. E-ZY, there is still a white protective ring over the power bank. This ring is intended for protection during transport and must be removed before first use.

Remove the white protective ring and you will immediately see the orange button used to turn the power bank on and off.

You do not need the protective ring during use. Many customers keep it and put it back, for example, during transport or when the Mr. E-ZY is stored for a longer period, but this is not necessary.

In short: White protective ring off → orange button appears → one press of the button → Mr. E-ZY does the rest.

You don’t need a separate pump, a power outlet, or any other power supply. Every Mr. E-ZY is equipped with our integrated power bank technology. Simply unroll the Mr. E-ZY, open the large dial, and press the orange button on the power bank.

Then, the Mr. E-ZY does the work for you. Within approximately 70 seconds, your Mr. E-ZY is fully inflated and ready for you to sit or lie down comfortably.

One push of a button anywhere in the world
Precisely because you don’t need a power outlet or a separate pump, you can use the Mr. E-ZY almost anywhere. On the beach, by your camper, during a bike ride, in the park, by a lake, or just in your own garden: unroll, press the button, and relax about 70 seconds later.

The integrated power bank is easy to charge via USB-C, just like you charge your phone battery. Connect the included USB-C cable, and the power bank will be fully charged after approximately 3 hours. No. A Mr. E-ZY is designed for comfortably sitting and lying on land and is not intended for use on the water. You can, of course, take your Mr. E-ZY to the beach, pool, or a lake, but use it there on the shore.

A Mr. E-ZY is absolutely not a toy

We believe it is important to be clear about this: a Mr. E-ZY is absolutely not a toy, nor is it a flotation or life-saving device. Think of a Mr. E-ZY as super-comfortable, mobile lounge furniture that you can easily take with you anywhere.

And if it starts to rain?

That is, of course, part of being outdoors. The built-in power bank has an IPX4 rating and is protected against splashing water. Are you surprised by a heavy rain shower during use? That is no problem at all for the power bank.

However, the power bank is not intended to be fully submerged or held underwater. That is why you use the Mr. E-ZY on land and not as a flotation device on the water. And if it really starts pouring down? Then we would say: pack up your Mr. E-ZY, head inside, and put on a good movie. Tomorrow is another day. 😉

Did your Mr. E-ZY get wet? Let it dry thoroughly after use before storing it rolled up in the carrying bag for a longer period.

In short: relax wonderfully by the water, at the campsite, or in the heart of nature – but use your Mr. E-ZY on land.

That mainly depends on how you want to use the Mr. E-ZY . Each model has been intentionally designed with its own shape and application.

Premium Lounger – our most versatile choice
Do you want to be able to both sit comfortably and lounge with your legs fully stretched? Then we recommend the Premium Lounger. The Premium Lounger has a sitting and lying height of approximately 35–40 cm and an elevated backrest of approximately 75 cm. This allows you to relax wonderfully, read a book, or just enjoy looking around you. The Premium Lounger is also very suitable for people of 2 meters and taller. Do you have a bit more difficulty sitting low or standing up? Then this is usually the best choice as well.

Sunbed – wonderful relaxation stretched out
Do you mainly want to lie stretched out? Then the Sunbed is an excellent choice. The Sunbed is 200 cm long, has a lying height of approximately 25–30 cm, and is deliberately contoured for extra lying comfort. The Sunbed is intended for wonderful relaxation during the day. Do you want a virtually flat model that you can also sleep on at night? Then choose the Mattress.

Chair – as light and compact as possible
Do you mainly want to sit comfortably and does the product need to be as light and compact as possible? Then the Chair is the right choice. At just 1.1 kg, this is our lightest and most compact Mr. E-ZY. Ideal for cyclists, camper travelers, festivals, and days out, for example. The backrest is approximately 75 cm high.

Due to the dimensions, we recommend the Chair for a body height from approximately 170 cm. If you are shorter, we usually recommend the Premium Lounger.

Mattress – lie virtually flat and also sleep at night
Do you mainly want to lie virtually flat or also use the Mr. E-ZY to sleep on at night? Then you choose the Mattress. The Mattress is 200 × 70 cm, approximately 18 cm high, and has a virtually flat lying area with a slight elevation at the head. This allows you to lie comfortably on your back, side, and stomach. Keep in mind that this is our lowest model. Do you have difficulty standing up from a low position? Then we would sooner recommend the Premium Lounger.

No, the materials of a Mr. E-ZY do not cause you to sweat extra.

During our years of development, we very deliberately chose high-quality nylon combined with a TPU coating. Even at high temperatures, this material remains pleasant to sit and lie on and does not become uncomfortably hot. Of course, when you lie in full sun on a warm summer day and naturally perspire, you will also do so on a Mr. E-ZY – just as you would on a beach bed, chair, or other lounging product.

The difference is therefore important:
A Mr. E-ZY does not cause extra perspiration, but of course it also cannot prevent your body from perspiring when it is warm. This is also one of the reasons why we paid so much attention to the right choice of materials during our three years of development.

Yes. In many cases, a small leak in the material of your Mr. E-ZY is easy to fix yourself. Every new Mr. E-ZY comes standard with two repair patches. Keep these in a safe place so you have them on hand if you ever need one.

How do you use a repair patch?
First, ensure the area around the leak is clean, dry, and free of grease. For the best result, we recommend inflating the Mr. E-ZY before applying the repair patch. This ensures the material is smooth, allowing you to place the patch properly over the damage. Then, press the repair patch down firmly and make sure it makes good contact with the material all around the leak.

Prevention is better, of course
Although we deliberately chose high-quality nylon with a strong and flexible TPU coating for Mr. E-ZY, it remains a lightweight product used outdoors.

Contact with, for example, a sharp stone, glass, a thorn, or another sharp object can damage the material. Therefore, always check the surface before setting down your Mr. E-ZY. For extra protection, you can also use our Mr. E-ZY Protective Mat .

No, the power bank cannot be replaced because it is attached to the Mr. E-ZY. To reassure customers, we have extended the warranty on the power bank from 1 to 2 years, as we have confidence in our product. Our complaints regarding the power banks are negligible.

The integrated power bank, specially developed for Mr. E-ZY, has a capacity of 2600 mAh and is tailored to automatically inflate your Mr. E-ZY.

With a fully charged power bank, you can fully inflate your Mr. E-ZY approximately 10 to 20 times under normal conditions before the power bank needs to be recharged.

Fully charging the power bank normally takes about 3 hours.

Keep your power bank well charged

As with other devices with a rechargeable battery, it is wise to charge the power bank regularly, even when it is not yet completely empty.

We especially advise with a new Mr. E-ZY to regularly fully recharge the power bank after use. You absolutely do not have to wait until the power bank is completely empty.

Don’t forget the power bank in winter

Are you not using your Mr. E-ZY for a longer period, for example during the winter months? Then preferably do not store it away for months without looking after the power bank.

Our advice is to occasionally fully charge the power bank even during longer periods when you are not using the Mr. E-ZY . This way you keep the power bank in good condition and your Mr. E-ZY will be ready again when the beautiful weather begins.

Have you not used the Mr. E-ZY for a longer period? Then give the power bank a good full charge before the first use of the new season. You can safely leave it on the charger for an evening or night for this.

Our simple advice

• Do not wait until the power bank is completely empty
• Regularly fully recharge it after use
• Occasionally charge it even during a long winter or storage period
• After months of non-use: first fully recharge it again

The power bank is charged via USB-C. The USB-C cable is included as standard with every Mr. E-ZY.

You can also use the power bank to, for example, recharge your phone on the go. Keep in mind that this uses energy and therefore affects the number of times you can still inflate your Mr. E-ZY afterwards.

You receive a 2-year warranty on the integrated power bank.

With a little attention to charging, you ensure that the power bank is well prepared when you want to use your Mr. E-ZY again.

A Mr. E-ZY is made to be used and taken outdoors. Sand, grass, dirt, sunscreen, and other forms of grime are sometimes part of the experience.

The best way to clean your Mr. E-ZY is with a soft damp cloth and lukewarm water. For more stubborn dirt, you can use a small amount of mild soap if necessary.

Do not use harsh cleaning agents, bleach, solvents, or stiff brushes. These can damage the material or the TPU coating.

After cleaning, always let your Mr. E-ZY dry completely before rolling it up and storing it in the carrying bag.

Can stains or signs of use occur?

Yes. We want to be clear about that.

A Mr. E-ZY is a utility item that is taken to places like the beach, the campsite, the park, and the garden. Despite the use of high-quality nylon with a TPU coating, stains and normal signs of use can never be completely ruled out.

In particular, sunscreen, skin oils, oil, salt, and other dirt can cause stains or discoloration over time that may not always be fully removable.

Do you want to keep your Mr. E-ZY as beautiful and clean as possible? Then we recommend using a Mr. E-ZY Cover where available for your model. For extra protection on the underside, you can also use our Mr. E-ZY Protection Mat.

Of course, these accessories cannot completely prevent stains or damage either, but they do provide an extra protective layer.

Yes, of course children can comfortably sit or lie down on a Mr. E-ZY. However, a Mr. E-ZY was developed as a comfortable seating and lounging product and not as a toy. Therefore, use it as you would with other outdoor furniture: to sit, lie down, or relax on.

Do not let children jump or roughhouse on it, or use the Mr. E-ZY as a trampoline. This causes unnecessary strain on the material and the seams. For young children, we naturally advise adult supervision, especially when the Mr. E-ZY is used near a swimming pool, lake, or the sea.

We deliberately chose this combination because of the low weight, flexibility, and strength required for a product that is repeatedly filled, used, rolled up, and taken along. Nevertheless, a Mr. E-ZY remains an item for everyday use and the material is not indestructible.

Therefore, always check the surface first
Before you lay down your Mr. E-ZY, we advise you to check if there are any sharp stones, glass, twigs, thorns, or other sharp objects that could damage the material. Even on a seemingly soft surface, something sharp may be present.

Extra protection with our Protective Mat
Would you like to give the underside of your Mr. E-ZY extra protection? Then you can make use of our specially developed Mr. E-ZY Protective Mat .

This forms an extra layer between your Mr. E-ZY and the ground and reduces direct contact with sand, grass, soil, and other surfaces.

A Protective Mat offers extra protection, but can never completely rule out damage from sharp objects. Therefore, even when using the Protective Mat, always check the surface first. This way, you can use your Mr. E-ZY in many different places and enjoy it for as long as possible.
