A lightweight beach chair or beach bed that simply fits in your bike bag!

A lightweight beach chair or beach bed goes with you on your bike without any lugging; every Mr. E-ZY weighs 1.1 to 1.4 kg and fits rolled up in your bike bag.

Lovely, cycling to the beach, the park or a beautiful spot by the water. Just picture it: you lean your bike against a tree, roll out your Mr. E-ZY and moments later you are sitting by the water with the sun on your face. Without a heavy chair on your rack! Simply roll up an inflatable beach chair or inflatable beach bed from Mr. E-ZY, pop it in your bike bag and off you go. In this blog you will read what to look for in a lightweight beach chair and why every Mr. E-ZY simply fits in your bike bag.

Why choose a lightweight beach chair for your bike?

Taking an ordinary beach chair on your bike? Not exactly handy! It’s big, it slides back and forth on your rack and it certainly won’t fit in a bike bag.

On a bike, every kilo and every centimetre counts. And renting a sunbed keeps getting more expensive. With your own lightweight beach chair, you always have your own comfortable spot, wherever you cycle to. On the beach, by the way, most people go for the Lounger or for our beach bed, the Sunbed.

Why can’t a luxury chair just go in your bike bag? That’s what Simon Rutz, the inventor of Mr. E-ZY, wondered during his bike rides. That idea became one of the reasons to develop Mr. E-ZY. And the result? Not just one model: every Mr. E-ZY model fits rolled up in your bike bag! Our Chair is the lightest at 1.1 kg, with a seat and lying height of 35 to 40 cm and a backrest 75 cm high.

How light is a Mr. E-ZY?

Our models weigh just 1.1 to 1.4 kg. You will notice that straight away! The nylon with TPU coating is light yet strong: the recommended maximum user weight is 150 kg.

Rolled up, a Mr. E-ZY measures about 30 to 35 cm by 20 cm. Nice and compact, and out of the bag in no time!

Then comes the best part: one press of a button. Our built-in powerbank makes Mr. E-ZY unique, because wherever you are, it fills itself in about 70 seconds. No external pump, no power socket and best of all: no blowing it up yourself! Moments later you are lounging back with a good book or a cup of coffee from your thermos.

With a full powerbank you can inflate it 10 to 20 times, depending on use and conditions. Back home you recharge it, just like your phone, in a maximum of 3 hours.

Where do you use a lightweight beach chair?

Pretty much anywhere you love to be! On the beach and in the sand, but just as well in the park, in the woods, by a lake or simply in your own garden. Gazing out over the water, the scent of the forest, the sound of the sea: now that is pure enjoyment! Mr. E-ZY is made for outdoor use and all kinds of surfaces, so you choose your spot.

The nylon with TPU coating stays lovely to sit on, even on warm summer days. A rain shower? No problem, because the powerbank is protected against splashing water.

And a bit of wind? Every Mr. E-ZY has an attachment loop, so you can secure it. Bonus tip for the beach: fill the large included carry bag right up with sand and attach it to the loop with the cord that comes on the bag. Your very own little anchor!

Lounger, Sunbed, Chair or Mattress: which one do you take?

Of course, everyone has their own preference. That’s why we developed different models.

Premium Lounger: lovely for sitting and lying

Want to sit as well as lounge? Then the Premium Lounger is ideal. It’s 190 cm long and, thanks to the backrest, even suitable for people of 2 metres or taller.

Sunbed: our beach bed for true sun worshippers Prefer to stretch out in the sun? Then choose our Sunbed, 200 cm long and pre-shaped for extra lying comfort. And yet it weighs only 1.4 kg. No more heavy lifting!

Chair: for those who like to sit upright

Fancy reading or watching the world go by? Then the Chair suits you best. We recommend this model from a height of about 170 cm.

Mattress: lovely for stretching out

Want to bring an extra spot to lie on? Our Mattress is 200 cm long and 70 cm wide, with an almost flat lying surface. The Mattress also simply fits rolled up in your bike bag!

And a nice little extra: you can also charge your phone with the same powerbank! Heading out together? Two models together weigh less than 3 kg. On the page with all models you can see the dimensions side by side.

Comfortably on your way by bike!

Why keep lugging a heavy beach chair around when it can be this easy? Take your Mr. E-ZY on your bike and enjoy your own comfortable spot to sit or lie, wherever you go.
